Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 15 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Mieczyslaw Sicinski ("we", "us"), the maker of the Together app. By creating an account or using Together, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.

01Who can use Together

You must be at least 16 years old to use Together. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for what happens in your account.

02Your account

You can sign in with Apple, Google or email. Give us accurate information, and don't create an account for someone else or pretend to be someone you're not. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile → Delete account.

03Your shared space

Together connects two people in one shared space. When you invite someone with a partner code, they can see and change everything in that space: plans, date ideas, lists, movie picks and ratings. They can also see your first name and when you have the app open. Only share your code with the person you want in your space. If you no longer want to share a space, you can stop sharing it in iCloud or delete your account.

04Your content

What you add to Together stays yours. Your plans, lists and movie picks are stored in your own iCloud and shared with your partner through Apple's iCloud sharing. The details we keep for your account (described in the Privacy Policy) are used only to run the app for you.

You're responsible for what you add. Don't use Together to store or share anything illegal, or anything that harms or harasses another person.

05Acceptable use

Please don't:

  • try to access another person's account or space without permission;
  • try to guess partner codes, overload, reverse engineer or disrupt the app or the services behind it;
  • use Together for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

06Other services

Together relies on services from other companies: Apple (iCloud, Sign in with Apple, Game Center, the App Store), Google (Sign in with Google), Supabase (our backend) and TMDB (movie and series information). Their own terms apply when you use them. Movie and series data comes from TMDB; this product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

07The App Store

You get Together from Apple's App Store, so Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app. These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it.

08Changes to the app

Together is currently free. We're always improving the app, so features may change, be added or be removed. If we ever introduce paid features, we'll explain the price clearly before you buy anything.

09No guarantees

We work hard to keep Together running smoothly and your data safe, but we provide the app "as is" and can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Because your content lives in iCloud, keeping your iCloud account active and backed up is up to you.

10Our liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or unexpected losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Together. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or the rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.

11Ending your use

You can stop using Together and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Deleting your account removes your account information from our servers, as described in the Privacy Policy.

12Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, let you know in the app before they apply. If you keep using Together after that, you accept the updated terms.
